Instructions
Step 1: Initial Blend
- Place the 1 cup catsup, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 small onion, 1/2 teaspoon celery seed, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, and 3/4 cup salad oil into a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
Step 2: Final Incorporation
- Add the 2-3 green onions and 1 clove garlic to the blender.
- Blend again briefly until the aromatics are finely minced and fully incorporated into the dressing.
