Instructions
Step 1: Mix and Chill
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ¼ cup catsup, ¼ cup chili sauce, ¼ cup lemon juice, 1 tsp grated horseradish, 6 drops tabasco sauce, 1 tsp chopped chives, ½ tsp chopped parsely, and optional ½ cup cooking sherry.
- Mix thoroughly until well blended, then place in the refrigerator to chill and marry the flavors until fully cold.
Step 2: Serve
- At serving time, arrange cooked shrimp in cocktail glasses and cover with 1 to 2 Tbsp. of the prepared sauce per serving until well coated and appealing.
