Instructions

Step 1: Season the Greens

  1. In a large bowl, toss the as needed greens with to taste salt and to taste pepper until evenly coated.

Step 2: Prepare the Vinaigrette

  1. In a separate container, combine the 1 bottle white vinegar & oil dressing base with as needed white vinegar, as needed italian seasoning, and as needed thyme.
  2. Whisk thoroughly to incorporate the herbs, then let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before bottling.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Store in a sealed glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks; shake well before each use.
