Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Seasoning
- In a bowl, cream the 4 cups grated cheese into the 1 1/2 cups ground basil along with a small cupped handful of salt.
- Add the 9 ground garlic cloves to the mixture.
- Work the ingredients together until it becomes smooth looking.
- Pack the mixture into five small artichoke jars (or similar small, clean jars) and seal for storage.
Step 2: Serve with Noodles
- For 1 pack of cooked noodles, measure out 3 large tablespoons of the prepared Brazilica.
- Add 1/3 cube of margarine or butter.
- Pour some hot water from cooking the noodles into the Brazilica and butter mixture to emulsify.
- Stir this sauce into the hot, drained noodles until well combined and glossy.
- Stir in more Brazilica if desired for extra flavor.
