Instructions

Step 1: Thicken the Juice

  1. Combine 3/4 cup berry juice and 2 teaspoons cornstarch in a saucepan, mixing until completely smooth.

Step 2: Cook and Chill

  1. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and loses its starchy taste.
  2. Remove from heat and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator.

Step 3: Serve

  1. When ready to serve, gently fold the chilled berry mixture into the 1/2 cup sour cream until smooth and well combined.
