Instructions
Step 1: Prep Vegetables
- Chop the 1 head cauliflower, 1 or 2 stalks broccoli, and 1 green pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the 1 small jar green olives and 1 can pitted ripe olives.
Step 2: Mix Dressing
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the 1 cup miracle whip (or mayonnaise), 2 Tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tsp sugar until smooth.
Step 3: Combine and Chill
