Instructions
Preparation
- Rinse the 10 oz fresh or frozen peas in hot water and drain well.
- Combine the 1 c diced celery, 1 c fresh cauliflower, 1/4 c diced green onion, 2 T chopped pimentos, 1 c chopped cashews, and 1/4 c crumbled bacon in a large mixing bowl.
Dressing and Assembly
- Mix the 1/2 c sour cream, 1/3 tsp dijon mustard, and 1 sm. clove minced garlic together to form the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture, toss thoroughly to coat, and chill until cold before serving.
