Instructions

Step 1: Preparing the Gelatin

  1. Drain juice from Pear Halves, reserve 1 cup of liquid.
  2. Boil juice, add Lemon Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set and syrupy.

Step 2: Mixing and Molding

  1. Blend Pear Halves and Cream Cheese together until smooth.
  2. Stir in the partially set Lemon Jell-O, then add Chopped Pecans.
  3. Fold in Whip Cream gently until well combined.
  4. Pour into molds and chill until firmly set. Unmold and serve on lettuce leaves.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and kept refrigerated in the mold until ready to serve.
