Instructions
Step 1: Preparing the Gelatin
- Drain juice from Pear Halves, reserve 1 cup of liquid.
- Boil juice, add Lemon Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set and syrupy.
Step 2: Mixing and Molding
- Blend Pear Halves and Cream Cheese together until smooth.
- Stir in the partially set Lemon Jell-O, then add Chopped Pecans.
- Fold in Whip Cream gently until well combined.
- Pour into molds and chill until firmly set. Unmold and serve on lettuce leaves.
💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and kept refrigerated in the mold until ready to serve.
