Instructions
Step 1: Mixing the Jell-O
- Dissolve the 2 pkgs black raspberry Jell-O and 1 pkg wild raspberry Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
- Combine the juice from the 1 can crushed pineapple and juice from the 1 can blueberries, then add enough cold water to make 4 cups of liquid total (6 total cups of mixture).
- Reserve 2 cups of the liquid mixture to use later.
Step 2: Adding Fruit and Setting
- To the remaining mixture, add the drained 1 can crushed pineapple and 1 can blueberries.
- Let the 2 cups of reserved jello mixture begin to congeal separately until slightly thickened.
Step 3: Topping and Serving
- Spread the 9 oz cool whip over the top of the congealed salad as a frosting.
- Chill until firmly set, slice into squares, and serve cold once fully set.
