Instructions
Step 1: Cooking
- Combine the 3 oranges, 4 lbs fresh apricots, grated rind of 1 orange, juice of 3 oranges, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 cup white raisins, and 3 lbs sugar in a preserving kettle.
- Cook until thick, adding 1 cup blanched almonds in the last 5 minutes until fragrant and incorporated.
Step 2: Canning
- Pour the hot conserve into hot sterilized glasses and seal.
