2 cupsSugarNone
1-2 tbspLemon JuiceTo taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

  1. Wash the 1 lb cranberries and 2 oranges thoroughly. Use the zest and juice of the oranges, and remove their piths. Optionally, give all ingredients a rough chop before grinding to make the food processor’s job easier.

Step 2: Grind

  1. Grind all ingredients together including the 1-2 tbsp lemon juice and 2 cups sugar in a food chopper or food processor until desired consistency is reached, ranging from a coarse relish to a finer, sauce-like texture.

Step 3: Chill and Serve

  1. Transfer the relish to a container, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, until the flavors meld and the relish thickens slightly. Serve cold as a condiment.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Store sealed in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or chill overnight before serving to allow flavors to fully develop.
