Instructions
Step 1: Preparation and Baking
- Combine all ingredients (1 1/2 lbs ground turkey, 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, 1 c oatmeal, 1/2 c chopped onion, 1/2 c shredded carrots, 2 egg whites, 1/3 c skim milk, 1 1/2 t Italian seasoning, and 1/4 t black pepper) in a mixing bowl.
- Place the mixture in a 13x9 pan or on the rack of a broiler pan.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf.
- Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
