Instructions
Step 1: Sautéing Aromatics
- Heat a wok over medium heat and let it get hot.
- Add 3 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp olive oil.
- When melted, add 1 tbsp green onion, 4-5 cloves garlic, 2 tsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Stir fry until the onion is limp, about 30 seconds.
Step 2: Cooking Shrimp and Finishing
- Turn heat to high, add 1/2 cup white wine, and add 3/4 lb medium shrimp.
- Stir fry until the 3/4 lb medium shrimp turns pink, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in 1/4 tsp grated lemon peel, 2 tbsp parsley, and a dash of hot pepper seasoning.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and enjoy with French bread to dip in the broth.
