Instructions

Step 1: Sautéing Aromatics

  1. Heat a wok over medium heat and let it get hot.
  2. Add 3 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp olive oil.
  3. When melted, add 1 tbsp green onion, 4-5 cloves garlic, 2 tsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp salt.
  4. Stir fry until the onion is limp, about 30 seconds.

Step 2: Cooking Shrimp and Finishing

  1. Turn heat to high, add 1/2 cup white wine, and add 3/4 lb medium shrimp.
  2. Stir fry until the 3/4 lb medium shrimp turns pink, about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1/4 tsp grated lemon peel, 2 tbsp parsley, and a dash of hot pepper seasoning.
  4. Serve hot with lemon wedges and enjoy with French bread to dip in the broth.
