Instructions
Step 1: Prep and Season
- Trim fat from 4 chops.
- Stir together 2 T Italian salad dressing, 2 T Dijon mustard, and 1/4 t pepper; brush both sides of chops with the mixture.

Step 2: Cooking
- Spray skillet w/nonstick; cook chops and 1 onion, covered on medium-low for 20 minutes until tender.
