Instructions
Step 1: Prep and Layer
- Brown 2 lbs hamburger meat with 1 medium onion, salt, pepper & garlic, and 1 tsp garlic salt in a skillet until fully cooked.
- Line a long 9x13 casserole pan with thin tortillas cut into quarters.
- Put 1/2 meat mixture on top of the tortillas.
- Repeat the tortillas and meat layers.
Step 2: Sauce and Bake
- Mix 1 can chicken mushroom soup heated with 1 can celery soup, and spread over the meat mixture.
- Add 1 can enchilada sauce and 1 can green chile.
- Top generously with grated Longhorn cheese.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour until bubbly and golden. Serve hot.
