Instructions

Step 1: Preparation and Rolling

  1. Pound the 4 whole chicken breasts flat.
  2. Beat together 3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp Old English sharp cheese, 2 tsp instant minced onion, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp accent, and 2 tbsp chopped green chilies.

Step 2: Coating and Cooking
