Instructions
Step 1: Preparation and Assembly
- Sauté 1 lb ground beef in a little butter alongside 1 chopped onion until browned and fragrant.
- Add the 1 (8 oz) can tomato soup, 1 (8 oz) pkg cooked noodles, 1 cup whole kernel corn, 1 cup sliced, stuffed olives, 1-4 oz can sauted mushrooms, and 1 cup sliced almonds, mixing everything together thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
- Sprinkle 1 can fried onion rings (crumbled) evenly over the top.
Step 2: Baking
