Instructions
Step 1: Prep and Marinate
- Lay the 1 Beef Brisket on heavy foil.

- Seal tightly in the foil and put in refrigerator to marinate overnight.
Step 2: Baking
- Next day, place the wrapped brisket in a baking pan.
- Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs at 250 degrees, or optionally at 300 degrees, until the meat is fork-tender and aromatic.
