Instructions

Step 1: Prep and Marinate

  1. Lay the 1 Beef Brisket on heavy foil.
  2. Sprinkle with tenderizer, seasoned salt, pepper, salt, worcestershire sauce, and a dash of liquid smoke.
  3. Seal tightly in the foil and put in refrigerator to marinate overnight.

Step 2: Baking

  1. Next day, place the wrapped brisket in a baking pan.
  2. Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs at 250 degrees, or optionally at 300 degrees, until the meat is fork-tender and aromatic.
