Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 1/2 cups grated cheese, 1 cup alfalfa sprouts, dash of onion powder, and dash of salt.

Step 2: Add Seeds and Binder

  1. Stir in the 1/2 cup assorted seeds, then add just enough mayonnaise to give enough moisture to easily spread the mixture until thoroughly combined and creamy.

Step 3: Assemble and Serve

  1. Spoon the mixture evenly between the 6 to 8 slices whole wheat bread to assemble 3 to 4 sandwiches, slice, and serve immediately.
