Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 cup spinach and ⅔ cup ricotta cheese. Add the ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp ground nutmeg, ½ tsp salt, and ⅛ tsp pepper, mixing thoroughly until well incorporated.
