Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

  1. In a bowl or shallow dish, combine the 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup salad oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, then mix well.
  2. Wash the chicken pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
