Instructions
Step 1: Prep and Season
- Preheat the broiler. Set the oven rack about 6 inches from the broiler element.
- Cut the Chicken into your desired pieces.
- In a bowl, season the Chicken pieces to your taste with Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Powdered Garlic, and Paprika. Mix well to coat.
Step 2: Broil
- Arrange the seasoned Chicken pieces on a baking tray.
- Melt the Butter and pour it evenly over the Chicken.
- Place the tray under the broiler and broil until the top of the Chicken is golden brown and crisp.
- Carefully turn each piece of Chicken over.
- Return to the broiler and broil the other side until it is also golden brown and crisp.
Step 3: Bake
- Remove from the broiler and change the oven setting to Bake at 325°F.
- Bake the Chicken for an additional 45 minutes, or until cooked through and tender.
