Instructions

Step 1: Prep and Season

  1. Preheat the broiler. Set the oven rack about 6 inches from the broiler element.
  2. Cut the Chicken into your desired pieces.
  3. In a bowl, season the Chicken pieces to your taste with Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Powdered Garlic, and Paprika. Mix well to coat.

Step 2: Broil

  1. Arrange the seasoned Chicken pieces on a baking tray.
  2. Melt the Butter and pour it evenly over the Chicken.
  3. Place the tray under the broiler and broil until the top of the Chicken is golden brown and crisp.
  4. Carefully turn each piece of Chicken over.
  5. Return to the broiler and broil the other side until it is also golden brown and crisp.

Step 3: Bake

  1. Remove from the broiler and change the oven setting to Bake at 325°F.
  2. Bake the Chicken for an additional 45 minutes, or until cooked through and tender.
