Instructions
Step 1: Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2: Coating and Baking
- Dip the 2 medium chicken breasts first in the 1 tablespoon melted margarine or butter, then dip them in the 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese to coat thoroughly.
- Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons margarine in a shallow pie plate or baking dish in the oven.
