Instructions
Step 1: Prep and Fill
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Prepare your chosen filling by mixing the respective ingredients listed for either Ham, Chicken, or Tuna.
- Separate the 1 (8 oz) pkg refrigerated crescent dinner rolls into triangles and place 4 triangles on greased cookie sheets.
- Mound and spread your chosen filling on the 4 triangles, keeping it about 1/4 inch from the edge.
Step 2: Seal and Bake
- Beat the 1 egg with 1 T water in a small bowl. Use this mixture to moisten the edges of the filled triangles.
- Top with the remaining empty triangles and pinch the edges together firmly to seal.
- Brush the tops with the remaining egg mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until beautifully golden brown and fragrant.
