Instructions

Step 1: Prep and Fill

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare your chosen filling by mixing the respective ingredients listed for either Ham, Chicken, or Tuna.
  3. Separate the 1 (8 oz) pkg refrigerated crescent dinner rolls into triangles and place 4 triangles on greased cookie sheets.
  4. Mound and spread your chosen filling on the 4 triangles, keeping it about 1/4 inch from the edge.

Step 2: Seal and Bake

  1. Beat the 1 egg with 1 T water in a small bowl. Use this mixture to moisten the edges of the filled triangles.
  2. Top with the remaining empty triangles and pinch the edges together firmly to seal.
  3. Brush the tops with the remaining egg mixture.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until beautifully golden brown and fragrant.
  5. Slice in half and serve hot.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Assemble the unbaked turnovers and store them covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before brushing with egg wash and baking.
