Instructions

Step 1: Assemble Packets

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. For each packet, lay out a large sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. Place one hamburger patty on the foil.
  4. Top the patty with half of the drained mushrooms, then one slice of cheese.
  5. Season to taste with onion salt, soy sauce, celery salt, and tarragon.
  6. Place another hamburger patty on top of the cheese to create a stuffed patty.
  7. Wrap the aluminum foil tightly around the entire stack, sealing the edges completely, and repeat for the second packet.

Step 2: Bake and Serve

  1. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, or until the hamburger is cooked through and savory aromas fill the kitchen.
