Instructions
Step 1: Assemble Packets
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- For each packet, lay out a large sheet of aluminum foil.
- Place one hamburger patty on the foil.
- Top the patty with half of the drained mushrooms, then one slice of cheese.
- Season to taste with onion salt, soy sauce, celery salt, and tarragon.
- Place another hamburger patty on top of the cheese to create a stuffed patty.
