Instructions

Step 1: Prep and Bake

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  2. Cook the 3 cups uncooked noodles according to package directions, then drain well.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the 1 pound hamburger with the 1 small diced onion. Drain off any excess grease.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, the browned hamburger mixture, 1 stick sliced pepperoni, 1 (10.5 oz) can pizza sauce, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 cup milk, and a generous amount of the 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese.

  6. Top the casserole with any remaining mozzarella cheese.
