Instructions
Preparation
- In a double boiler over hot, not boiling water, melt 1 (6 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate pieces until completely smooth and glossy.
- Remove from heat, then gently stir in 1/2 cup canned salted peanuts and 1 (3 oz) can chow mein noodles until they are well coated with chocolate.
- Drop the mixture by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate until firm and set. If they begin to soften at room temperature, return them to the refrigerator again until firm.
💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Keep chilled until ready to serve to prevent softening.
