Step 1: Jello Base
- Dissolve 2 pkg lime jello, 4 tbsp sugar (portion of total), and 1 pinch salt in 2 cups boiling water.
- Add 1 cup cold water, 1 tsp mint extract, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tsp brandy. Chill until slightly thickened.
Step 2: Whipping and Assembly
- Beat 1 egg white, add 2 tbsp sugar, and beat to peaks.
- Prepare 1 cup whipped cream or dream whip.
- Measure out a little of the thickened jello and set aside.
- Blend the egg white and whipped cream into the remaining jello and chill until thick.
- Spoon the mixture into the 1 pie crust.
- Pour reserved jello over the pie and marbalize with a knife.
