Instructions

Step 1: Mixing and Shaping

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together 1 package vanilla wafers, 3 tbsp cocoa, 1/2 cup chopped dates, 1/2 cup walnuts, 1/2 cup white karo, and 1/4 cup liquor until thoroughly combined.
  2. Grease hands with butter to prevent sticking, then roll the mixture into small, uniform balls.
  3. Roll each shaped ball thoroughly in p. sugar until evenly coated and set on a tray until firm.
