Instructions
Step 1: Preparing the Base
- Soak 1/2 tbsp gelatine in 1/4 C. cold water, then dissolve completely in 1/4 C. boiling water.
- Add 1/2 C. sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Step 2: Whipping and Chilling
- Add 3/4 C. orange juice and 1/4 C. lemon juice, and when slightly thick, whip until fluffy.
- Add 1 C. evaporated milk and continue whipping until light, airy, and fluffy, then chill until set.
