Instructions

Step 1: Preparation and Baking

  1. Butter pie pan with 1 tbsp butter. Mix all together: 3 stiffly beaten egg whites, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup chopped nuts or coconut, and 21 crushed Ritz crackers.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until golden and set.
