Instructions
Step 1: Combining
- Roll wafers or crush them into 1 C. vanilla wafer crumbs. Combine the crumbs with 1/4 C. chopped pecans, 1/4 C. powdered sugar, and 1 tsp. soluble coffee.
Step 2: Shaping and Rolling
- Add 1 tbsp. corn syrup and 2 tbsp. water. For each measure, take 1 tbsp. of the mixture and shape into small rolls about 1 1/2” long until firm and cohesive.
- Roll each finished piece thoroughly in powdered sugar until evenly coated.
💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature with layers separated by wax paper for up to 5 days.
