Instructions

Step 1: Preparation

  1. Dissolve the 1 pkg Lime Jello in 2 scant cups water and set aside to cool.
  2. When the mixture begins to set, use an electric mixer to whip the Lime Jello until it becomes light and foamy.
  3. Fold in the 1 pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/2 cup whipped cream, and 1/2 cup salad dressing until smooth.
  4. Gently stir in the 1 can crushed pineapple and pour into a mold to chill until firm.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: This dish must be made at least 4 hours in advance to allow the gelatin to set properly in the refrigerator.
