Instructions
Step 1: Preparation
- Dissolve the 1 pkg Lime Jello in 2 scant cups water and set aside to cool.
- When the mixture begins to set, use an electric mixer to whip the Lime Jello until it becomes light and foamy.
- Fold in the 1 pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/2 cup whipped cream, and 1/2 cup salad dressing until smooth.
- Gently stir in the 1 can crushed pineapple and pour into a mold to chill until firm.
💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: This dish must be made at least 4 hours in advance to allow the gelatin to set properly in the refrigerator.
