Instructions

Preparation & Baking

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cream 1 cup margarine, 1 tsp butter flavoring, 1 tsp lemon flavoring, and sugar together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add 2 eggs and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Combine 3 cups sifted flour and 1 tsp baking soda, then add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Add 3/4 can of lemonade concentrate (approx. 4.5 oz) and mix well.
  6. Drop the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes or until they are lightly browned around the edges.
  8. While warm, brush the cookies with the remaining lemonade concentrate and sprinkle with sugar. Let cool.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
