Instructions

Step 1: Crust Preparation

  1. Combine 12 crushed graham crackers, 1/4 cup melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar stirred together.
  2. Press into pie pan, bake 5 min. at 325° F.

Step 2: Filling and Assembly

  1. Beat in order given: 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup soft butter, 2 eggs (add one at a time beating thoroughly), 2 squares melted chocolate, 1 tsp. peppermint extract, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
  2. Pour into shell, refrigerate for at least 6 hours until set.
  3. Top with whip cream dollops before serving.
