Instructions
Crust Instructions
- Mix 1 stick oleo, 1 c flour, and 1/2 c pecans together and press into a 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes, then remove and let cool completely until golden and set.
Second Layer Instructions
- Mix 8 oz cream cheese, 1 c powdered sugar, and 1 c cool whip together.
- Spread evenly over the cooled crust and cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Third Layer Instructions
- Mix 2 pkgs chocolate lemon instant pudding, 3 c milk, and 1 tsp vanilla together until smooth.
- Pour over the cream cheese layer and cool for 1 hour until set.
Fourth Layer Instructions
- Put 1 1/2 c cool whip on top of the third layer and return to the refrigerator to chill.
