Instructions
Step 1: Preparation and Cooking
- Mix together 1 egg yolk, 1/2 C. sugar, and 1 rounding tbsp flour.
- Heat 2/3 C. milk and add slowly to the above mixture.
- Cook like a white sauce until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add 1 cake melted sweet chocolate and stir until smooth.
Step 2: Chilling and Shaping
- Set the mixture away until the next day to firm up completely.
- Shape the chilled mixture into balls.
- Roll each ball in ground cocoa until fully coated.
