Instructions

Step 1: Prep and Filling

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 Pan.
  2. Place the 10 large apples into the prepared pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup white sugar, 2 tbsp flour, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
  4. Pour the dry mixture evenly over the apples and toss to coat.

Step 2: Topping and Baking

  1. In another bowl, combine 3/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup br. sugar, 3/4 cup oatmeal, and 3/4 cup butter until crumbly.
  2. Put the topping mixture on top of the rest of the apple layer.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 40-60 min. until the apples are tender and the top is golden brown and bubbly.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Assemble the crisp in the pan, cover tightly, and refrigerate for up to a few hours before baking.
