Instructions
Mixing and Chilling
- In a mixing bowl, blend the 3/4 cup butter or margarine, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, and 1/2 tsp flavoring together.
- Add the sifted 2 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp salt to the mixture and blend until combined.

Rolling and Baking
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Roll the dough out to 1/8 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
