Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Liquid Base
- Drain the juice from the 15 oz mandarin oranges and 15 oz crushed pineapple into a large measuring cup.
- Add the 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate to the measuring cup.
- Add enough cold water to the combined juices to reach a total of 2 cups of liquid.
Step 2: Dissolve and Combine
- In a large bowl, dissolve the 6 oz orange Jello in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Stir the 2 cups of cold juice mixture into the hot orange Jello.
Step 3: Chill and Assemble
- Refrigerate the mixture until it reaches the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
- Gently fold in the drained 15 oz mandarin oranges and 15 oz crushed pineapple.
