Instructions

Step 1: Preparation and Creaming

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease your cookie sheets.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the 1/4 cup soft butter and 2/3 cup brown sugar together with an electric mixer. Beat in the 1 large egg and 1/4 cup apple juice or cider until well combined.

Step 2: Mixing and Baking
