Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Empty the dry yellow cake mix into a bowl and reserve 1 cup of it for the topping.
- To the remaining cake mix, add ½ cup melted margarine and 1 egg. Mix until combined and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan until even.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
- In a separate bowl, combine the 1 (30 oz) can pumpkin pie mix, 2 eggs, and ⅔ cup milk.
- Whisk until smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Pour the filling evenly over the crust in the 9x13 inch pan.
