Instructions
Step 1: Preparation and Creaming
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease your cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl, cream the 1/2 cup shortening with the 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the 1 egg and the 1 cup crushed pineapple until well incorporated.
