Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix the 1 cup flour, 1 stick oleo, and 1 cup pecans until crumbly.
- Pat the mixture into an 8x11 inch dish and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Let the crust cool completely.
Step 2: First Layer
- Beat together the 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
Step 3: Second Layer
- In a separate bowl, whisk the 1 large package chocolate pudding mix, 2 cups milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
