Instructions

Step 1: Mix and Dissolve

  1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix the 2 envelopes Knox Unflavored Gelatine powder with the 1 (3-ounce) package gelatin powder.
  2. Pour the 1 1/2 cups boiling water into the bowl and stir for at least 2-3 minutes, until all the gelatine is completely dissolved and no granules remain.

Step 2: Chill and Cut

  1. Pour the warm mixture evenly into an 8x8 inch pan.
  2. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator and chill for several hours, or until very firm to the touch.
  3. Once set, cut into small blocks or use cookie cutters to create fun shapes. Serve chilled.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Store the cut gelatin blocks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
