Instructions
Step 1: Mix and Dissolve
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix the 2 envelopes Knox Unflavored Gelatine powder with the 1 (3-ounce) package gelatin powder.
- Pour the 1 1/2 cups boiling water into the bowl and stir for at least 2-3 minutes, until all the gelatine is completely dissolved and no granules remain.
Step 2: Chill and Cut
- Pour the warm mixture evenly into an 8x8 inch pan.
- Allow it to cool to room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator and chill for several hours, or until very firm to the touch.
- Once set, cut into small blocks or use cookie cutters to create fun shapes. Serve chilled.
