Instructions
Step 1: Prepare and Melt
- Line cookie sheets with wax paper.
- In the top of a double boiler, melt the 22 oz butterscotch chips and 1 cup chunky peanut butter together over low heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Step 2: Combine and Chill
- Remove the mixture from the heat.
- Gently fold in the 3 cups sugar frosted flakes until they are evenly coated, being careful not to crush the cereal flakes.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared wax paper and chill in the refrigerator until the cookies are firm to the touch.
