Instructions

Assembly and Baking

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
  2. Sprinkle 12 slices fried and crumbled bacon, 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, and 1/3 cup finely chopped onion evenly over the bottom of the prepared pie plate.
  3. Place the remaining ingredients—2 cups milk, 1/2 cup Bisquick, 4 eggs, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp pepper—in a blender. Cover and blend at high speed for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into the pie plate over the bacon, cheese, and onion.
  5. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into 6 servings.
