Instructions
Step 1: Prep and Mix Dry Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups oats, the 1 1/4 cups flour, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 3/4 teaspoon baking soda.
Step 2: Combine Wet Ingredients and Batter
