Instructions
Step 1: Infusion
- Place 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp cloves in a tea bag and steep in 10 cups hot water for 10 minutes.
- Add 5 tbsp tea to a bag and steep in the mixture for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 2: Mixing
- Remove tea bags and stir in 3 cups sugar until completely dissolved.
- Add the juice of 3 lemons and 6 oranges, then stir in 20 cups water.
- Heat the mixture thoroughly until steaming before serving.
💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: The tea base can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator; simply reheat on the stove before serving.
