Instructions
Step 1: Boiling and Mixing
- Combine 1 qt water and 3 c. sugar and boil for 5 min.
- Cool the mixture, then add the juice of 4 lemons and 1 orange.
- Add 1 tsp mint extract and green coloring to the mixture.
Step 2: Freezing
- Cool completely and freeze in an ice cream freezer until set to a slushy, icy consistency.
